CHEF JIM COLEMAN is one of America’s only multimedia celebrity chefs, having mastered television, radio and print. He has been dubbed “the spatula-wielding king of all media” by Restaurant Hospitality magazine, a title he continues to hold.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Jim has held the position of Executive Chef at numerous luxury establishments, including The Great Wall Hotel in Beijing, China; Torrey Pines in San Diego; and the five-diamond Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. He is currently the Executive Chef at Normandy Farm and Coleman Restaurant in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Chef Coleman inspires all of us to eat healthy without sacrificing flavor. Try some of his favorite "flavors" in the recipes below (but feel free to put your own twist on them)!

Coleman's newest TV Cooking series, Healthy Flavors®, shows the home cook how to prepare meals that are both healthy and flavorful. The award-winning series airs daily in 27 million homes on networks including CN8, AmericanLife TV, and Ohio News Now. Healthy Flavors® has been featured in Women's Health Magazine and in the motion picture The Rebound, starring Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Add a Touch of Autumn Ambiance

Here are a few easy and wonderful ways to make sure your home matches the brilliance of the season.

A festive table is an absolute must. Simply layer a burlap runner over a gold, burnt orange, or chocolate brown tablecloth. Fan-fold napkins and then tie with raffia ribbon to create a finished look your guests won’t soon forget.

Hollowed out apples and mini pumpkins make great holders for votive candles, adding atmosphere and a warm glow to any room in the house.

Finish off your autumn home makeover by arranging mums of varying shades and sizes, or cut fall flowers, in “candy corn” vases. To assemble these candy corn vases, just take two square vases with a 1-2 inch size difference, nest one inside the other, then fill the gap with candy corn.

Enjoy the season!

Give grilled cheese sandwiches a flavor boost by brushing both sides with olive oil before browning.
